Since I picked up Grace Young’s Breath of a Wok and my hubby got me a wok for my birthday, I’ve been learning to be a wok star.  Hehe.  I’ve still got a way to go, but I’m making good progress.

Here’s a meatless dish I made for my vegetarian honeybun, starring some of his favourite vegetables: broccoli and carrot!  Fast, easy and healthy… what’s not to love about Chinese cooking?
