Really easy, quick and tasty dish to make. It was pretty much “alright, whatever’s in the fridge that I can throw together ’cause I’m dead hungry”. In this case: egg noodles, pork mince, beansprouts, carrots, and sprouts (Brussels and bean).
I know, I know, Brussels sprouts… seriously? They were in the fridge, needed eating, and I hate wasting food. If you can’t stand them, just leave them out.
It probably doesn’t look that appetising in the photo, but I lapped it up like it was my last meal. Then again, I’ve always had a healthy appetite :)
